Last Friday, our Year 11 students came back to school for a special celebration assembly full of memories, presentations, speeches, songs, laughter, and definitely a few tears!

Mr Barkley led the assembly, with the help of Miss Sheehan, Mr Amin and the Year 11 tutors.

Students then congregated in the large MUGA, where they spent time saying goodbye and signing each others' shirts. It's become traditional for students to personalise their shirts and there were some fantastically creative examples on display.

Finally, everybody came out to the front of the school for the group photograph. It was lovely to see the students so happy and relaxed after an intense exam period. We'll see many of them again on August 21st when they come back to collect their exam results; until then, we wish them all the best and hope they have a wonderful summer.
