This is a non-teaching post which will give the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to work closely with young people supporting them in their school life, helping them to access a varied and exciting curriculum.
As an Inclusion Assistant (INCA) you will be part of a team working under the direction of both the Inclusion Co-ordinator (INCO) and relevant Year Group Leader. You will be expected to work effectively with both teaching and support staff at all levels as well as with parents/carers, students and external agencies.

Working hours: 36 per week, term time plus 20 days*
*to be worked during term time, on a weekly basis, as directed by the line manager and will be reviewed on an annual basis
Salary: CAN scale 22-28 (£21,471-£25,574 per annum, actual)
